How can I pay?

By cash, cheque, EFTPOS or credit card. Also Elizabeth Orme Clinic offers a Payment Plan associated with some consultations. This can help you to spread the cost.

Can I receive a Health Fund rebate for my consultations?
  • Yes, you can claim your consultations with Elizabeth Orme Clinic and receive a Health Fund rebate. However, there are a few exceptions (eg HCF is excluded).
  • And you can receive a Health Fund rebate for osteopathic consultations also.
Are you easy to find and is there parking?

Yes, we are easy to find and there is parking directly outside the clinic. Please see our Contacts page.

Do you stock naturopathic and nutritional products?

Yes, we do. We have an extensive stock. Products are largely practitioner only and so require an appointment. A few products are generic and we sell these from our reception area without an appointment.

Do you hold telephone and Skype consultations?

Yes, Elizabeth Orme Clinic offers this service to local, interstate and international clients.

Do you offer a testing service?

Yes, we offer an extensive testing service. Please go to our Testing page.

Do you have reception?

Yes, we have full time reception. There is always someone available to answer your questions. If for some reason reception is unavailable (sickness, holiday), arrangements will be made to help you as soon as possible.

What is functional testing?

Functional testing looks at functional health and wellbeing. It seeks to answer the question 'How is my body functioning?' Test results do not seek a diagnosis but rather they uncover levels of dysfunction. And dysfunction can be detected across the board - metabolic, nutritional, digestive, hormonal and so on.

What is naturopathic assessment?

Naturopathic assessment could also be called holistic assessment. It is the ability to assess a client from a completely holistic viewpoint and gather as much information as possible that will help to identify underlying causes and areas of dysfunction. This means using a wide range of tools - eg detailed case history, extensive questionnaires, dietary assessment, review of any test results from the previous 12 months, liaison with other practitioners if required (eg a GP), use of blood tests and functional tests.
