After 6 years of naturopathic studies, working with us part time and studying all hours God sends, Shelley is now practicing naturopathy at Gold Coast Holistic Health.

You may be used to seeing her behind the reception desk - well no more (at least not often). This is now the domain of Tanelle and Shelley is in the consultation room. For just one week from September 19th to 24th I am making my initial short consultations available at $33. Usually this half hour session is $69.

I work with nutrition, herbalism and naturopathic products.  This is an opportunity to receive an assessment and recommendations for an acute or chronic problem. In particular these issues are suitable: digestive problems (poor digestion, reflux etc), constipation, poor energy, feeling run-down, constant colds and coughs and other immune problems, aching muscles or aching joints.

When you book you receive 2 assessment questionnaires (we can email these to you). This gives me a lot of information about you and saves precious time in the consultation because I am able to get straight to the point. Sometimes I recommend a test or 2, but in most cases I will be suggesting dietary, product and lifestyle changes to start immediately.
