1. What therapies do you have available?

2. How long have you been here?
Gold Coast Holistic Health was established in 2001. We have been serving the Gold Coast Community for 10 years and offer a wide variety of services under the one roof. Call our friendly receptionists Tanelle or Shelley on (07) 5597 0669 to make an appointment or for further information.
3. Where can I park?
Parking is located directly in front of our suites - outside Suite 5, where our main reception is located, and also in front of Suite 2.
4. Can I swipe my health fund card?
Yes, we have the HICAPS system in place which accepts most health funds. Most of our practitioners are on this sytem. Please check with reception when you book your appointment.
5. How can I pay?
We accept payments by Mastercard, Visa card, EFTPOS, cheque and cash. We don't accept American Express.
6. What are your hours of business?
The clinic is open Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 6:00pm and Saturdays from 9am to 12.30pm.
7. Are you easy to find?
Gold Coast Holistic Health is centrally located in Ashmore on the Gold Coast.
Locate Cotlew St (clearly marked on all Gold Coast maps) and find Ashmore Plaza shopping complex - it is close to the corner of Currumburra Rd and Cotlew St. Opposite the Plaza are Hungry Jacks and Pizza Hut. Next to Pizza Hut is a tall cream and green archway. Drive under the archway and down a slight slope into a medical complex, which opens out behind these fast food buildings.
Go to Suite 5, located at the back of the complex, on the far left. In Suite 5 you will find our main reception area. See our map --
8. Do you stock nutritional and naturopathic products?
We stock an extensive range of nutritional supplements and naturopathic products. Products will be prescribed for your particular needs during your consultation and we have many products that can be purchased without a consultation.
9. Do you conduct telephone consultations, or consultations by Skype?
Yes, we do offer distance consultations, but obviously it depends on the therapy selected. Generally speaking Metabolic Typing, Clinical Nutrition and Naturopathic Consultations may be completed over the telephone or using Skype. Naturopathy for Autism requires the first consultation to be a face to face consultation, then follow-up consultations may be done using Skype.
